Funding Application
The Epée Club Charitable Fund (ECCF) is committed to supporting the development and promotion of British epée fencing. Given the limited nature of available funds, ECCF does not provide financial support to individual athletes. Instead, the Fund seeks to maximise its impact by supporting broader initiatives, such as elements of the GB Pathway Programme and coaching development. This approach is designed to benefit the wider epée fencing community.
Thus so, any application for funding is considered solely within the framework of the ECCF hardship fund.
Application Deadlines: The Trustees of the ECCF will consider hardship funding applications twice a year. Applications must be fully submitted for consideration by 1st March or 1st September.
Initially a very brief outline of your proposal is needed, please send your proposal to us via Contact us, subject is ‘Funding Application’. You will then recieve an application form from the trustees which should be completed in full.
Applications are assessed on an ad hoc basis and do not constitute long-term support or create precedents for future funding decisions.
