Evill Cup 2022

On Sunday 20th February, 5 gallant club members; David Partridge (Club President), Sue Brooks, Phil Barbasiewicz, Mariette Mason and Rob Brooks braved the weather, covid, and the British transport chaos to take part in this years Evill Cup held at the Lansdowne Club.

After a closely fought poule, bouches were in operation, Rob and Phil were tied on three victories. Phil was eventually the victor after an exciting barrage.

The cup was presented by club Vice President John Glasswell.

Following the fencing the members decamped to the Chesterfield Arms for lunch, where they were joined by Pat Casey, Howard West, David Worsfield, Alex Brooks and Lizzie Stack
